- Kozhikodan stuffed mussels- Stuffed mussels or locally known as the Arikaduka are mussels stuffed with shallots, raw rice paste, spices, fennel seeds, coconut, and onions & is then steamed. Is yet another mouth-watering highlights of Kozhikodan food.
